Body Flow is open to all ages, body types, and is safe to do during all stages of motherhood.
I offer classes and lessons without body judgement, shame, or competition.  There are certain movements that can greatly improve women's recovery from childbirth, to help their core, pelvis, and legs bounce back.

Body Flow is a combination of rhythmic movements from bellydance and other forms of dance plus fascial release techniques. Movements are slow, easy to follow and include breath work and affirmations to support emotional release.

The natural movements of the hips, torso, and legs are easy to learn, low impact and calming to the body and mind. Women can do these safe movements before, during and after childbirth to create more ease, fluidity, and joy in their bodies.
